# Xperiyo -- Terms of Use

Using or browsing the Website signifies acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Xperiyo (registered office: Palam Vihar, Gurgaon- 122017, Haryana, India) operates a listing and discovery platform for experiences, activities and events offered by independent third-party Experience Providers. Xperiyo is a facilitator and booking agent -- not the provider or seller of any Experience.

## Key terms
- **1. General** -- Terms may change without notice; the current version on the Website governs your use.
- **2. Eligibility** -- Use requires an Account (Xperiyo ID, or Google/Apple/Facebook/email login). Additional Terms override these on conflict.
- **3. Account & security** -- Services are for users 18+ (minors via a legal guardian). You are responsible for keeping Account Information confidential and for all activity under your Account.
- **4. User obligations** -- Limited, non-exclusive licence; no scraping/bots/circumvention; no offensive, infringing, fraudulent or fake-review content. Experiences are owned and delivered solely by the Experience Provider.
- **5. Privacy** -- Personal data is used only to provide the Services, never sold, and shared with an Experience Provider only with your consent (e.g. to fulfil a booking). Governed by the Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- **6. Use of materials** -- Content is owned by or licensed to Xperiyo; personal, non-commercial use only.
- **7. Communications** -- Transactional SMS/WhatsApp/email/voice about your bookings are consented and TRAI-compliant.
- **8. Responsibilities** -- Services are provided "as is"/"as available"; Xperiyo is not liable for the standard, quality or safety of Experiences.
- **9. Force majeure & liability** -- Maximum liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the Services, less applicable charges; no liability for indirect or consequential damages.
