Communications & Use of Your Mobile Number Xperiyo may send booking confirmations, itinerary information, cancellations, payment confirmations, refund status, schedule changes or other transaction-relevant information via SMS, email or voice call on the contact details You provide. Xperiyo may also contact You by voice call, SMS or email if You have not completed a booking, to understand Your preference and assist You. You unconditionally consent that such communications are (a) made upon Your request and authorisation, (b) transactional and not unsolicited commercial communication under the guidelines of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), and (c) compliant with the relevant TRAI guidelines or those of any other applicable authority.
