On Sunday 30 August, from 3 to 5 PM, the Red Door bar team hands over the station. Not a demo you watch from a stool. Your own tools, your own ice, your own pour, and the part nobody explains properly: why the shake matters, what dilution actually does, and how a drink built on the same three ingredients tastes completely different depending on the order you put them in. There is a drink waiting when you arrive. Then you work: measuring, shaking, straining, tasting, adjusting. The team is on the floor the whole time, which is the difference between following a recipe and understanding why it holds together.
