## About

Rashtrapati Bhavan opens its historic Main Building to school and college groups for a guided educational trip through the seat of the Indian Presidency. Students walk through grand ceremonial halls such as Ganatantra Mandap and Ashok Mandap, see the Banquet Hall, Library and North Drawing Room, and learn about the Lutyens designed architecture, the freedom struggle and the working of Indian democracy. The visit is available Tuesday to Sunday under a dedicated School and College booking for Government Schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas and other institutions, with groups of up to 60 students at a nominal ticket of Rs. 50 per person. The last entry is at 4:00 PM and the building remains closed on Mondays.
