National Science Centre, Delhi is one of the largest science centres in Asia, popularly known as A Dream Castle for One and All. Located beside Pragati Maidan on Bhairon Road, it was inaugurated in 1992 and is a unit of the National Council of Science Museums under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. The centre engages, educates and entertains more than half a million visitors a year through thematic galleries, interactive exhibits, 3D films, science shows and outreach programmes spread across multiple floors.
